Partikel Group is a leading furniture manufacturing service provider in China, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for wood, metal and upholstered furniture production, providing manufacturing service to clients worldwide.
In 1990, Jerry Zhou founded the business in a small workshop inspired by the technology in lighting manufacturing and how it could translate into furniture design and production. Since then, the company has continued to grow and transform into a modern, industrial and international enterprise.
Nowadays, Partikel operates on 5 production facilities, with more than 600 employees. The company has two dedicated divisions. One division supports giant retailers worldwide, producing residual furniture with efficient production lines. The other division supports top-end office furniture brands, providing high-end furniture with superb quality.
Frank joined the company sales department in 2010. In 2016, Frank succeeded the business from his father, and runs the company under his sole management. With deep knowledge in production and product design, as well as the responsibility of second generation, he has transformed the business into a better organised and automated company. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree with Honours in Engineering from Australian National University.
Athena joined Partikel Group in 2012 as Marketing Manager, responsible for the company’s domestic sales in greater China. She was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2016, to transform the company from solely a manufacturing orientated company into a more marketing driven furniture distributor. Athena graduated from the Australian National University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Alex joined Partikel Group in 2017. He has previously worked as CFO in a German multinational company. Alex helped Partikel to build a structured and transparent finance team, whilst raising the accounting standards to an international level.
Chulai joined Partikel Group in 1998. He is one of the first batch of engineers the company hired. Chulai has worked in many different sectors of the company, including factory operation, quality control and purchasing. He started working as head of R&D in 2010. He has vast knowledge on material, manufacturing techniques an quality standards.
